August Announcements
August is here! And this month, we’re especially excited about because it means we get to take our trip to Japan!
*Cue excited screaming*
So you probably noticed that last month we did a lot of Japanese themed games for reviews, or anime in general. We know, we know, it was a lot of the same content, and this time we’re gonna shake things up a bit!
This month in preparation for our awesomesupermegaepic trip to Japan, we’ve decided to make this month the month of Japanese based films and novels!
So this month, our joint-review for August will be:

August 31st— Mischievious Kiss: Love in Tokyo (TV Show)- Olga

ReplyDeleteI’m excited to hear about Norwegen Wood, I picked it up about a year ago but had to DNF it - I’m not sure if it was because I wasn’t in the mood if it just wasn’t for me
Hi Eve! Sorry for the late response! We've both been super busy with school and jobs lately :) We're actually planning a return "summary of events post", complete with our memories of Japan (but what they will be, we have yet to experience haha!). So I'm certain that we'll have lots of pictures to post and share with everyone on here! We've got a countdown, two more weeks 'till takeoff!
DeleteThe lucky reviewer of "Norwegian Wood" is gonna be me, and I literally just put the book down now, and am about to start writing up the review! I know exactly what you mean, it's a tough book to get through, and one that I kinda forced myself to get through in one sitting. I have A LOT bookmarked that I want to talk about, and I'm definitely excited to publish the review next Friday to hear your thoughts about it as well! I wonder if they're going to be similar to mine!
